CREA, LLC welcomes Mindy Rex as Managing Director, Originations. As a LIHTC veteran with extensive leadership and industry expertise, Mindy joins CREA to oversee and expand its nation-wide Originations platform.

About Mindy Rex No stranger to the affrdable housing industry, Mindy has worked in the business for more than 24 years. Her most recent role as President & CEO of a consulting firm saw her work closely with real estate investors and housing-focused public entities to guide development strategy, in addition to originating complex debt and equity structures for various multifamily developments. Prior to that role, she spent seven years as the Chief Operating Officer of an accomplished development company where she led the financial structuring, project management, and debt and equity closings on over 90 affordable housing communities. Her experience in credit, LIHTC underwriting, and well-earned reputation as a leader and problem solver, make her a great fit to lead CREA’s Originations platform.
