Boasting 14 years of experience in the housing industry, Michele Hornok is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with developer partners to foster productive and long-term partnerships. Michele has been directly involved in evaluating, structuring, and closing more than 100 LIHTC transactions totaling over $1B of equity, with ten such interactions in Maine. Michele received her Bachelor’s in Economics from Middlebury College, and her MBA from Suffolk University. She takes pride in her ability to connect with and provide support to partners in the pursuit of creating excellent affordable housing. Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with family, running, hiking and exploring New England with her husband and two sons. She also serves as the Girls Program Director on the Andover Youth Lacrosse Board, a nonprofit organization in Andover, MA offering lacrosse programs to area youth.
