Social Impact In Action

Some of our best work takes place outside of the office: volunteering time and efforts, donating resources & committing to expanding our perspectives to forge deeper connections.

Volunteerism

CREA Volunteering

We encourage employees to support causes and organizations by providing Volunteer Time Off, in addition to regularly organizing volunteering events across our office footprint. Our impact on communities is the most capable when we're able to interact closely, and we pursue work on the ground to fill the needs of our neighbors.

Partnerships

We’re proud to partner with local nonprofits that align with our goals. From partnering with organizations local to our offices to coordinate consistent volunteering opportunities, to raising funds and gathering items of need for donation, partnerships are a key aspect of our outreach.

Contributions & Matching

Corporate Contributions

Social impact starts at the top. CREA has taken this to heart by offering corporate contributions to a variety of impactful organizations that make a difference in their respective fields. We've built our list of recipients based on employee feedback, meaning these contributions are supporting what matters most to our team.

Donation Matching

We don’t just encourage generosity in our employees – we endorse it. The CREA Cares matching gifts program was created for the benefit of CREA employees and the communities in which we work, live and play. CREA team members have their charitable contributions matched, doubling the impact where it matters.

Continual Learning

CREA’s goal is for our employees to engage in our mission and think critically about the work we do. One of the new ways we accomplish this is through our book club that brings people together from across our offices to thoughtfully examine topics that impact our work and our world. We also continue to learn and further discussion through our Speaker Series, that has included speakers across industries and within LIHTC. Coordinated engagement efforts like this help keep the greater goal of our work at the forefront.
