Community is central to our mission. The communities we foster in the office reflect our commitment to rural, suburban, and urban areas across the country. We focus on creating accessible, affordable housing for diverse groups, including Black and Hispanic individuals, seniors, veterans, and those with special needs.​

CREA was inspired by an idea from Jeff Whiting, who leveraged his knowledge, skills and expanding network to bring it to life. Since 2001, Jeff's expertise has driven CREA's growth, characterized by innovation and celebrated by those bold enough to think outside the box.
