The CREA fabric is woven with unique strands – personalities, skillsets, lived experiences and perspectives. However, we are acutely aware that our unique differences only serve us as a whole when we bring respect to the table, above all else. This doesn’t stop at our office doors. With our partners and industry associates, for residents, community leaders and property managers – respect is an expectation.
Community is at the heart of what we do and why we do it. The community that we build in the office extends to every community we create. Rural, suburban and urban communities. Black and Hispanic, senior and mixed-use, homeless and veteran, special needs and services – we are passionate about creating accessible communities that uphold the dignity of affordable housing.
“Teamwork makes the dream work” – and affordable housing everyone can be proud of is our dream. So, imagine the team needed to accomplish that job. Looking at the lifecycle of a community coming to fruition is a great display of the kind of teamwork we rely on every day. From Acquisitions to Tax Review, and every department in between, it takes our entire company to create success.
At CREA, we understand that the easy thing is not always the right thing. Often, it’s not. However, by operating under a highly professional and ethical standard, we’re able to provide quality services that develop trust and dedication internally and externally.
CREA was born out of an idea Jeff Whiting had. But more, there was knowledge, skill and an expanding network to bring that idea to life.
Expertise put Jeff's initial idea into action and hasn’t stopped since 2001. Over 20 years later, CREA's growth is defined by inventiveness and celebrated by and for those bold enough to step outside of the box.
