CREA, LLC is excited to welcome Andy Dalton as Managing Director, Chief Information Officer. In this newly created position, Dalton will be responsible for spearheading the leadership, mentorship and vision of CREA’s Information Technology Department. In addition, he will act as a liaison between CREA’s Information Technology department, senior management and all regional offices. He comes to CREA with an impressive background spanning over 25 years’ executive leadership experience across a variety of business units and industries.

Most recently, Dalton held the position of CIO at a local automated supply distribution company where he was responsible for overseeing all technology operations, development and innovation. During his career, Dalton has gained experience working within a variety of industries serving clients on a local and national level. Dalton’s accolades include being named the 2020 CTO of the Year by the Indianapolis Business Journal, presenting as a keynote speaker at an entrepreneurship conference, and being awarded as the founder of a mobile app SaaS provider. Additionally, Dalton is a published professional in both Forbes and Information Week.

Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. He currently serves on the boards of The Carmel Project, Two Eight Ministries and TechPoint, and is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
