The CREA Scholars Program launched in 2022 with the CREA Foundation proudly welcoming its inaugural cohort of ten students at Indiana University Indianapolis (IU Indy). Building on this momentum, the Foundation broadened its reach in 2023 through a strategic partnership with California State University, Northridge (CSUN), inducting 20 new scholars into the program. Most recently, a partnership was established with the University of Connecticut (UConn), introducing a specialized program tailored for students pursuing careers in real estate.
