The recent events taking place in our country have been difficult and emotional for all of us. At CREA, we believe in causes that initiate conversations, bring attention to injustice and we strive to be a part of the change for equality.
Racism and inequality of any kind is not and will not be tolerated in our company. We support a diverse culture where everyone is welcome and treated fairly.
It is our commitment to be part of the movement for change. We will listen, educate, and promote an environment absent of discrimination by implementing an internal diversity committee and establishing a 501(c)3 Foundation.
The Foundation will serve those in the cities where we operate by administering scholarships, internships and other educational opportunities.
