Woda Cooper Companies, Inc recently celebrated the grand opening of three rehabilitated properties where historic schools once operated. CREA was the syndicator for two of those properties, Cavalier Greene and Lincoln House. Cavalier Greene brings 40 affordable homes to the Corunna, MI community and Lincoln House offers the Owosso, MI community with 28 affordable senior homes.
