Purpose from the Start
Our story begins with Jeff Whiting recognizing a need in communities across the country and choosing to be part of the solution.
For 25+ years, CREA has provided innovative financial solutions that support the creation of affordable housing through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Working alongside investor, developer, and community partners who share our mission, we continue to advance a vision of housing that everyone can be proud of.
What started in Indianapolis has grown into a national platform built on relationships and shared purpose. Our starting point is part of our history, but the way we continue the story is what sets us apart.
