CREA Corporate Tax Credit Fund 107, LP ("Fund 107") closed on June 20, 2024, as CREA's 36th multi-investor fund and 27th national fund. Fund 107 successfully raised a total equity of $284.9 million from twelve repeat investor partners. Comprised of 24 properties located in 14 states, Fund 107 will lead to the construction or preservation of 2,803 LIHTC units and generation of over 3,500 jobs.
