We are currently looking to add a talented Business Analyst to the IT – Business Intelligence & Analysis department in the Portland, Oregon CREA office.

Position Summary

The DEI/Social Impact Manager will be a key member of the Social Impact team, contributing to the successful implementation, review, and ongoing improvement of our DEI and Social Impact programs and strategy.  You will be responsible for managing programs and enabling CREA to continue building an inclusive environment where all CREA team members can bring their best selves to work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Outline a project timeline and process objectives to meet company goals and directives in alignment with the Social Impact & DEI strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Advisory Council (IAC) and its working groups to meet goals and objectives specific to the outlined company strategy and provide periodic updates.

  • Track the IAC working groups’ progress on execution of objectives in collaboration with the Exec Champions.

  • Provide and/or facilitate training on best practices in corporate social responsibility, social impact, and DEI strategy.

  • Provide ongoing content updates and management of files on the company’s intranet page.

  • Compile data and production of content for the annual CREA Corporate Responsibility Report.

  • Assist in Identifying employee engagement initiatives including the annual Speakers Series, Book Club, Volunteer Initiatives, and Annual Employee Pledge Drive.

  • Maintain existing and build new channels to engage and share information with CREA on DEI topics

  • Partner with and develop a cadence of meetings and reporting with the Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Other duties as assigned based on CREA business needs

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and 4-5 years of experience in DEI and Social Impact work

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field

  • Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs

  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to deliver a diverse workload, whilst ensuring effective prioritization and balancing the needs of a range of stakeholders

  • Ability to provide operational and strategic support

  • Experience with MS Outlook, and Office Suite is required; SharePoint is a plus
